How I Got Here
Lindsey Escaja, owner of Empower Yoga Boutique, is a 500-hour trauma-informed certified yoga instructor with over eight plus years of experience in teaching Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Sculpt, and Total Body.
Lindsey's journey into yoga began following a traumatic active shooting experience in 2016, inspiring her to step away from corporate America and dedicate herself to teaching yoga. Her personal struggle with PTSD fueled her passion for the practice, using it as a healing force to cultivate confidence, quiet her mind, and develop patience.
Lindsey hopes that by sharing her story, she can empower others suffering from PTSD to see the transformative power of yoga. She loves witnessing breakthroughs with her students and providing them the space to release what they may not even realize they are holding onto.
She can't wait to join you on your yoga journey and remember, whatever you do in her classes is enough because you are enough.
